We manage projects varying in scale and complexity, from a complete commercial space creation to a total re-configuration, removal, and relocation.
BUILDING
Building works include walls demolition, painting, windows, blinds, flooring, plaster walls, glass walls/doors, cabinets/joinery, fixtures, signage.
ELECTRICAL
Electrical works include lighting, soft wiring, power, and data points.
COMMERCIAL FURNITURE
We supply commercial furniture to different business sectors such as office spaces, schools, hospitality, residential, and retails.
We deliver nation wide across New Zealand.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Pre-Service Kick-off:
We do a little legwork of our own in preparation for our kick-off meeting by completing a short questionnaire to learn more about your property, your needs, and your goals. Additionally, we address existing property conditions, zoning regulations and current market analysis. These critical first steps “set the stage” to make intelligent decisions about the direction and scope of your project.
Now that we’ve collected information about your property and have a sense of what’s possible, it’s time to share your wish list and financial goals. From space count to special amenities, we’ll work together to create a plan that ticks all the boxes while adhering to your bottom line and emphasizing maximum return on investment.
QUOTATION / APPROVAL
After the site visit, we will email you our quote for your review and approval.
In there you will find details of the project such as lead time, the scope of works, exclusions, furniture specifications, payment terms, and conditions.
INSTALLATION / HANDOVER
Once the deposit payment has been received, we will proceed with production and/or building/electrical works.
Our general turnover time is 2-3 weeks, although this will vary on the size of the project and the individual requirements.
The exact date of completion will be agreed upon before we proceed with this stage.
